065: Upgrading Your Language to Resolve Conflicts at Home, at Work, and In Your Head with Mark England

A new friend of mine told me I had to check out Mark England and his work with Procabulary… so I did. After diving into some videos and getting to know the work, I was intrigued. It wasn’t till after I started poking around on social media that Mark reminded I had the privilege and opportunity to work with Mark as his coach, back in 2013.

Since then Mark has launched a system of decoding and understanding language. Procabulary can help you learn how word choices can lead to achieving goals, more confidence and better your relationships at home and at work.

Mark England is the co-founder and lead presenter of Procabulary. He loves to travel, exchange empowering ideas and strategies and practice martial arts. Mark holds a Masters Degree in International Education and was an elementary sports teacher before developing Procabulary.

Today we’ll do a deep dive and unpack the Procabulary framework and show you how to make powerful language shifts.

We dive into topics like

  • Mark’s story that got him into language and consciousness
  • The power of rewriting your story
  • How your language and thought process directly affect your breathing and body tension
  • Breaking down the Procabulary system
  • Conflict language and the antidote, Architect language
  • The language of negations and how they force you to look at the worst case scenario
  • The language of projections and victim mentality
  • The core elements of soft talk
  • The hidden stress of indecision
  • Balancing negations with affirmations
  • Removing soft talk and adding in more solid talk
  • How to navigate language with accuracy and stay out of the right and wrong of it
  • Developing fluidity in your language
  • Core Language Upgrade
