048: Next Level Love with Daniel Packard

If you have ever been in love you know that relationships can be a great source of pleasure in our lives when they are going great, and even a source of pain when they aren’t.

When we rely on the relationship itself to be our source of happiness, we almost always come up short. But when we can turn the lens inward, the love we seek is within reach.

My guest today is a trainer who teaches people how to love themselves and reach that type of Next Level Love they know in their heart is possible.

For over ten years, Daniel Packard has been a trainer of Love Athletes. Love Athletes are people that are devoted to training themselves for inner greatness. And then from that place of inner greatness, attract, create and enjoy the love greatness that is out there waiting for them.

Daniel is a transformational entertainer, fusing his passion of helping people create better love, with his passion of making people laugh (he was a professional stand up comedian for ten years) Daniel has created several projects (TV, Theater, Radio) where he delivers his insightful lessons in an entertaining and engaging way.

His book ‘Enough Is Enough’ and his online course ‘Next Level Love’ creates a system and tools where Love Athletes can use their lives as a kind of experiential workout gym, where they can train themselves with daily ‘work-ins,’ that over time build strong inner muscles that allow them to love themselves, and others, at the highest level possible.
